Claude is in charge of supervising investment processes and monitoring participations.
He has participated in operations in industry, business services and retail.
After 8 years as an administrator at Insee, Claude joined Saint Gobain and then chaired two battery companies (CEAC then Saft) of the Alcatel Alstom group. He then joined Alstom to serve as President of the transport division, General Manager of Alstom, and President of ABB Alstom Power. He bought Cegelec with the executives, Caisse des Dépôts and Charterhouse in 2001, a company that was sold in 2009 to Vinci. Claude then founded Dzeta Conseil in 2009.

A graduate of Grenoble EM, Grégoire has 10 years of experience in Private Equity and is a co-founder of Dzeta.
Previously, he created and took over several SMEs in LBO. Before that, he had a financial career as a financial auditor at Arthur Andersen and then as a management controller and CFO of several mid-size companies.

Philippe is in charge of sourcing, execution and monitoring of investments. Philippe particularly follows the B2B services sectors (marketing, media, technology), retail and industry.
A graduate of ESSEC, Philippe has 12 years of experience in LBO, Private Equity and M&A. He began his career in 2002 at BNP Paribas in acquisition financing before joining the Anglo-French investment fund Duke Street where he spent 5 years. In 2012, he joined the mergers & acquisitions team of the Carrefour group in charge of divestiture and acquisition operations in Europe and Asia.

Holding a Master 2 in banking and financial law and an LL.M from New York University, she has acquired expertise in transactional matters and corporate law by working on M&A and LBO operations and by intervening for different groups on general corporate law issues.
Alicia practiced as a lawyer in international law firms for 5 years before joining the Dzeta group.
